ROXILLA EXECUTIVE TRAVEL CLUB has now come up to provide our Club-owned cars to our members FREE OF COST.
It’s a hassle free experience, with NO KILOMETER CHARGES, NO HOURLY CHARGES, NO LIMITATIONS ON DISTANCE TRAVELLED at the convenience of pick-up and drop-off at about 120 locations PAN INDIA, making all our members happy with peace of mind. All this is just at an affordable one time ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION FEE.
Having the operations commenced in travel segment in 1998 and continued successfully over the decades, the scenario in this segment went through drastic changes as the years passed and the requirements changed frequently, with the demand of more value – addition in the services segment. As such, ROXILLA EXECUTIVE TRAVEL CLUB (INDIA) LIMITED has been incorporated, and has established ROXILLA EXECUTIVE TRAVEL CLUB providing Club-owned cars to our members on subscription basis.
Who We Are
Roxilla Executive Travel Club India Limited is a PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY, incorporated under the Companies Act 2013 with its CIN No. U77100TS2023PLC177086. The company has the following well talented and seasoned backbones some of them are Directors, some are Share Holders and the others are either sleeping Directors and/or independant Directors.

Roxilla Executive Travel Club (INDIA) offers a fleet of well maintained Club-owned cars to our privileged members in more than 120 cities in India, under four different categories of memberships defined on the basis of the car segments.
Members can reach us by means of Toll-Free number, Mobile App, E-mail or on the Website to register their travel programs, 48 hours prior to their respective trips. No need of waiting! No need of booking cabs or rentals!! Our Club-owned car will be waiting for you at your destination city.

The membership period lasts for 12 months from the date of issuance of Membership Card. You can choose the category of membership most suited to your lifestyle, social status and your frequency of travel trips.
Car can be picked up on self-drive basis, but if need be, we have paid professionals ready to drive you around, at the standard wages payable by members. Members can pick-up the car from one location and they can drop the car at another location, the club has a coverage of about 120 cities PAN INDIA.

Roxilla Executive Travel Club is a membership-based organisation that offers cars to its Members to travel when they are in cities other than their hometowns.
Members might be in possession of their own cars in their respective hometowns. But when they travel to other cities, they are dependent on Public Transits or Prepaid Taxis or Online Travel Agents or Online Cab Services, or Friends or Relatives, etc., etc., with unexpected disappointments, uncertainties, etc. So, the members of this Roxilla Executive Travel Club are provided with the cars to use as if their own cars when they travel to other cities.
No, there will be NO KM BASED CHARGES, NO HOURLY BASED CHARGES and NO RENTAL CHARGES.
The car will be used as if it is your own car in yourCity. So, your car in other city also is to be filled with fuel by you only.
Again, the car will be used as if it is your car in your City. So, your car is either driven by you or by a driver paid by you.
Yes, you can self-drive if you have a valid Driver’s Licence issued by any State RTA.
There are drivers on the pay-roll of the Club who can be engaged to drive for you. However, you will have to pay to the driver as applicable to the Club Policy. But you will have to book your driver also when you chalk out your travel program with the Club.
While registering your travel program, the Club will insist you to pay.
Right now the Club has 120 locations PAN INDIA. These locations will be extended further and the same will be updated in our Website www.roxillatravelclub.com as and when those are extended.

Yes, you must pay an annual fee to subscribe and gain access to a variety of cars to be used during your trips to other cities, depending on the chosen Membership plan.
There are four categories of membership plans, viz., SILVER, GOLD, PLATINUM and DIAMOND.

After you become a member, you will be provided with login credentials. You can access our website into our Members-Area, or use Mobile App, or use Toll Free Customer Care Number, or send email or chat by WhatsApp. Once your travel schedule is registered, you will be provided with a TRAVEL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (TIN)
Membership in Roxilla Executive Travel Club is open to all individuals who are above 18 years of age and Citizens of India (Resident or Non-resident)
You will have to pay fully the membership fee while you submit your membership application form duly filled in with all attachments.
Membership fee is non-refundable once the Membership is granted to you. If the Membership is refused to you, 85% of the membership fee paid by you will be refunded within 5 business days after you are informed that your application is rejected.
While Club is providing cars to its members, it has to ensure that the cars are not going to be misused for illegal activities or for transport of illegal substances, money laundering, criminal activities, etc., etc. So, the club will make background checks before granting the membership and hence it may take as less as 45 days to as much as 120 days. As long as the information provided is clear and accurate, then it will take lesser time and membership will be granted faster.
Membership is valid for 365 days.
The Club works 365 days in the year, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. So, you can schedule your trips any time.
Roxilla Executive Travel Club memberships are non-transferable and are tied to the individual who subscribed for membership.
If you wish to cancel your Roxilla Executive Travel Club membership, contact the Club’s customer service but please note that the fee is non-refundable.
We take pride in the maintenance of our vehicles but in case there’s an engine failure, a replacement shall be provided at the earliest possible. It may be noted here that tyre puncture and accidental occurrences are not factored as a breakdown. We have tied up with Road Side Assistance Services and you can give a call to them and that team will assist you for any help you need.
Yes, you can up at one location and you can drop-off at another location.
The members are requested to share their travel programs 48 hours prior to their trip. A vehicle is allocated and waiting at your requested location.
We have designated offices in each and every location. The member needs to pick up the car in-person from the designated offices. Alternatively, if the member wishes to hire the services of a chauffeur (driver) then the car can be made available at his/her door-step.
The cars are for passengers and respective luggage can be carried as per norms, just like you would if it were your own car. No contrabands shall be allowed on-board and if found guilty, a complaint will be made to the law enforcement agency of the said jurisdiction for further action.
The members are requested to drive safely without breaking any rules. In case of an uncertain event of a traffic violation, please clear the penalty through the Govt. portal and avoid inconvenience to other Members.
We ensure that the documentation is up-to-date and such scenarios do not occur.
We urge the members to choose a subscription plan suitable to their needs and adhere to the set terms but in an unlikely event the car is utilised for longer than the allowable period then the member has to fore-go his/her allowable trip for an additional trip.
Yes, you can cancel the trip up to 48 hours prior to the commencement of your trip. If you there is less than 48 hours’ time between the time you cancel and the time the program commences, then you cannot cancel the program and you will lose one trip out of the 12.
